ProtoTRAK EdgeThe entry level 2 axis C.N.C. control with up to 4 axis D.R.O. display is able to do simple cycles like bolt hole circles, circular and rectangular pockets, even complex profiles.

This control offers a real leap forward in the productivity of a turret mill - one day no one will buy a conventional D.R.O. for a turret mill.

Programming Canned Cycles

  • Position/Drill – single point.
  • Bolt Hole – series of points evenly spaced around a circle
  • Mill – straight line at any angle.
  • Arc – any portion of a circle.
  • Pocket – a rectangle or circle and all the material inside, includes finish cut.

EDGE Control Options

  • Off-line Programming for running the ProtoTRAK software on a PC.
  • Remote Stop/Go (RSG) switch.
