Delivery
All parts from XYZ Machine Tools are delivered by courier and will require a signature upon receipt. Standard delivery times are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Returns
All returns must be authorised in advance and a return tracking number issued.
Any unauthorised returns could be subject to a 25% handling charge.
