Brief History: Finished apprenticeship and took a summer job as a ‘grave digger’ (well, if it was good enough for Rod Stewart) before enlistment in the RAF as a Propulsions Technician. Served for 12 years at a number of bases and on a variety of aircraft, my final posting was as a Technical Instructor at RAF Halton. After leaving the RAF I went into sales, firstly selling industrial gases then DROs with Newall Measurement before joining XYZ Machine Tools.

Favourite Sport: Football

Favourite Film: Spartacus, I never get tired of watching it.

Hobbies: Coaching kids at football and trying to keep fit.

Biggest Wish: To see my son grow up to become a happy, successful, contented man.
